BMW-Tuner LUMMA is tuning the BMW 3 Series Coupe
Talking about eye-catcher and “Understatement” – The BWM 3 Series Coupe tuned and modified by BMW-Tuner and Designer LUMMA.
According to the German motto “Decent but Dangerous”, the BMW Tuner Lumma took on the modification of the latest BMW 3 Series Coupe. Herefore LUMMA exchanged the front fenders and exchanged them with wider ones including original M3 air intake-slots and LED-signal indicators. Further, the typical BMW Kidney Grille and the Mirror caps were exchanged with carbon fiber material.
The pictures further show an additional installed Spoiler Lip, Side-skirts and rear apron making the “disguise” almost perfect. When you wish for, you can add even a rood spoiler lip.
How about the rims? LUMMA presented the BMW 335i coupe here with 8.5×19” 235/35 wheels in the front and for the back they chose 10×19” 265/30 rims. I guess that is what you call “under-statement” in German! When you bank account allows, LUMMA is known for making almost every wish coming true. Check out their website.
Thank you for being, once again my guest and reader. Please spread the word or leave a comment when you wish. All the best…VJ, BMW of South Atlanta and the SONS Auto Group
Let’s stop the speculations…BMW is coming with a 760i/Li version and its 12-cylinder aggregate
Well we know about the all-new redesigned BMW 7-Series with its 4.4-Liter V8 Turbocharged aggregate and a lot of room for speculations was left in the media: “Would BMW still come out with an upgrade on its current 750?“
Let’s end the speculations and rumors right now, because BMW announced today to offer another “horsepower monster” in its fleet…The BMW 760i and 760Li Long-Wheelbase. These strong motorized “Executive Spaceships” will be fed by a V12-cylinder, 544 horsepower engine. It will catapult the 760i/Li from 0-60 mph in around 4.6 seconds. The optimal momentum of 553 pound-feet of torque will be reached at 1,500 rpm already…WOW!
A very powerful but also very smooth driving operation is guaranteed by BMW’s new 8-speed automatic transmission, which will reduce the gas consumption by another 4.5% vs. the predecessor.

No secret any longer – the new 2009 BMW Z4
The secret is not any longer. BMW reveiled the new upcoming 2009 BMW Z4. Biggest change is “bye, bye” to the canvas top, instead a new retractable hard-top takes place. Further a larger trunk space will be available (almost double size than it’s predecessor). Below are some of the new released pictures:

I love Gold…BMW is showing how the new X1 will be (possible) seen on the roads
“I love Gold”…words we know from Austin Power’s movie Goldmember, and it seems to be that the German Interior and Exterior Designers for German Car-maker BMW recalled this phrase, when they decided on the color selection for the new BMW X1 concept.
Are we seeing here the new BMW Z4 of 2009 (Photo rendering)?
Another outlook for BMW’s Model Year of 2010?
Well friends and “lovers” of the Bavarian Auto Maker a.k.a. BMW it looks like that there is a lot commotion going on in the Bloggosphere about the new face of the BMW family. Certainly, the Kidney grille will still be the unique and stand alone design feature, BMW hopefully never will get rid off. But how about the front section, especially “the eyes”. Do you remember the hype years ago about BMWs’ “Angel Eyes” which illuminated so pretty the frame of the H4-lights and later on the xenon light of the 5 Series and so on? Now look at this (may be) new Z4 picture (rendering) I could discover…
It will have certainly the aggressive look of the current BMW family, and when you have had time to read my post about the new BMW project on the Mega City Car, I can see quite a bit similarities in the front party. How do we say so often looking at a baby’s face holding proudly by it’s Father… ”just like Daddy”…
